The Global Corporate Times was not built to follow. It was built to lead.
TGCT is an unconventional corporate intelligence publication — digital by design, independent by conviction, built for those who think beyond the obvious.
What TGCT is
The Global Corporate Times is an independent digital corporate intelligence publication. It covers the decisions, structures, and strategies that determine how organisations build, scale, and lead — across GCCs, boardrooms, talent systems, and enterprise transformations.
TGCT does not follow the news cycle. It analyses what the news cycle misses. Every article is researched, argued, and written to a standard that treats the reader as a senior decision-maker — not a passive consumer of trending content.
TGCT exists because independent corporate intelligence — unsponsored, unfiltered, and written without obligation to anyone — is rarer than it should be.
Vision
To be the most trusted source of independent corporate intelligence for unconventional leaders and authors across the world.
Not the largest. Not the loudest. The most trusted. TGCT measures its influence not by traffic or shares, but by whether its analysis changes the quality of decisions made in the rooms that matter.
Every publication has a voice. TGCT has a position. That distinction is intentional and permanent.
Mission
To publish original analysis that equips unconventional leaders and authors with the intelligence they need to act with greater clarity, conviction, and consequence.
TGCT’s mission is not to inform for its own sake. It is to improve the quality of decisions made by the people who carry the weight of organisational consequence — GCC sponsors, TA leaders, CHROs, CDOs, COOs, and the practitioners who translate strategy into reality.
Every article published under TGCT must answer one question before it goes live: does this change how a senior decision-maker thinks? If the answer is no, it does not belong here.
Editorial philosophy
Patience. Perfection. Execution.
These three words govern every editorial decision TGCT makes. An article is not published because a deadline exists. It is published when the argument is complete, the evidence is sound, and the prose is exact.
TGCT does not publish content to fill a calendar. It does not aggregate the views of others and present them as analysis. Every piece advances a clear, defensible argument — and stands behind it without apology.
The measure of an article is not how many people read it. It is whether the right people changed their thinking because of it.
Who we write for
TGCT is written for unconventional leaders and authors — the people responsible for making consequential decisions in complex organisations, and the practitioners bold enough to put their thinking in writing.
GCC Leaders
Sponsors, site leaders, and operating heads building and scaling Global Capability Centers across India and beyond — those who understand that a GCC is a talent institution, not just a campus.
Talent Acquisition Heads & CHROs
Organisation transformers who architect people strategy and build talent systems from the ground up — not event managers, not process followers, not order takers.
CDOs & COOs
Executives driving digital transformation and operational excellence across global enterprises — those who know that technology without the right people architecture delivers nothing.
Unconventional Thinkers & Authors
Practitioners and authors at every level who refuse to mistake consensus for correctness — and have the courage to publish their thinking where it can be challenged.
Editorial standards
TGCT holds itself and its contributors to a defined and non-negotiable set of editorial standards. These are not aspirational. They are operational.
- All articles are written in American English and edited to a consistent house style. Precision in language is not optional.
- TGCT does not publish promotional content. Contributors may not use their articles to advance commercial interests, endorse products, or promote services — including their own.
- Every factual claim must be attributable to a credible, verifiable source. Assertions without evidence are not published.
- Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of analytical merit. Contributor seniority, affiliation, or commercial relationship with TGCT does not influence publication.
- TGCT accepts no advertising, sponsorship, or paid content of any kind. Its editorial independence is structural, not aspirational.
- All contributors sign a Guest Author and Contributor Agreement before publication. TGCT retains the right to edit, decline, or withdraw any submission that does not meet its standards.
